- Timing convention: every Nordschleife time on this site is bridge-to-gantry (BTG) — roughly 19.1 km, from the bridge after the pit exit to the gantry before it. A BTG time is not a full lap and the two are not comparable.
- Touristenfahrten is public road time, not a track day. Different rules, different insurance, overtaking on the right only.
